Romantic or Funny Story: Peter and Marcela met in August of 1990 when Marcela and her family moved onto Peter's block. It was love at first sight and they dated for 4 years. However in 1994, they went there separate ways and continued to stay in touch since they lived next door to each other. Throughout the next 6 years Peter and Marcela would both date other people and neither would have thought that fate would bring them together once again. In February 2001, Peter and Marcela saw each other at a local restaurant and they began hanging out again as friends.  However, by the end of March 2001, they were together once again and knew that this was "it." It has been amazing ever since.  In February 2002, Peter came to Marcela's house with 3 roses (a white, a pink and a red rose). As he gave them to Marcela, he told her that the white one was for the past, the pink for the present and the red for the future. When Marcela unwrapped the red rose her engagement was hanging from the stem on a ribbon.
