The Better Business Bureau indicates a report on "Jack & Rose" of which we are VERY VERY PROUD!

Only 3 questions/considerations were brought to the attention of our company over a 12 year period.  We are proud to announce that these 3 questions/considerations are the ONLY issues brought forth in
over a decade. 

The Motorola Corporation has strived for excellance over the last decade by instituting a level of "PERFECTION" called "SIX SIGMA"....this is the way to measure the probability of manufacturing a product, (similar to designing flowers), or creating a service, (similar to decorating with flowers and delivering and setting them up),  with zero defects. It has presented a case study of how the concept of "zero" defects, measured by "SIX SIGMA", can be applied to "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION".  Motorola has made constant strides to achieve this highest level of satisfaction since 1991, when these studies were first recorded.

"Jack & Rose" has just 3 question/considerations since 1998!  A decade ago we had an interest in the "retail" flower/delivery business. Our customer service numbers were up to approximately 75,000 customers serviced each year. In consideration of 8 years past that would amount to over 600,000 customers that "Jack & Rose" has serviced. Over that time period let it be known that there is NO COMPLAINT about PRODUCT!, NO COMPLAINT ABOUT SELLING TACTICS!, NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT PRICING!, NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT CREATIVITY!, AND NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT VALUE! 3 question/considerations through the dealings of over 600,000 "retail"customers

Since 2004 we have been 100% OUT of the "Retail flower/delivery business.
